Sexy, sultry Lucy is the queen of the Willard Beach Town Office where she wields her power (and cleavage) like a third-world dictator. Her sexual predilections are decidedly quirky, and yes, she’s slept with most of the single and a few of the married men in town, but what she’s looking for is a nice guy who’s willing to settle down into her vision of cosy domesticity. Her best friends are her sister, Dr. Patty and half-brother, Trevor. She also went to summer camp with Jocelyn Green who has recently re-located to Willard Beach.
